We pray that the Church continue to sustain in all ways a Synodal lifestyle, as a sign of co-responsibility, promoting the participation, the communion and the mission shared among priests, religious and lay people.

Pope Francis’ November Prayer Intentions:

For anyone who has lost a child
We pray that all parents who mourn the loss of a son or daughter find support in their community and receive peace and consolation from the Holy Spirit.

Pope Francis’ December Prayer Intentions:

For pilgrims of hope
We pray that this Jubilee Year strengthen our faith, helping us to recognize the Risen Christ in our daily lives, and that it may transform us into pilgrims of Christian hope.

Our fraternity gathering will be on, Sunday, October 20th at the Shrine of St. Anthony, Ellicott City, MD. Visitors are welcome to come and see what the Secular Franciscan Order is all about. The 12 p.m. Mass is optional. Our social will begin at 1 PM, followed by a short business meeting and ongoing formation in the Glass Room. We look forward to seeing you. 

        

 

Our fraternity gathering will be on, Sunday, November 17th at the Shrine of St. Anthony, Ellicott City, MD. Visitors are welcome to come and see what the Secular Franciscan Order is about.  A 3 PM Mass at the Shrine will be offered for our deceased Franciscan sisters and brothers.
